June 13th – Container Gardening With Native Plants” Join me as we explore wonderful native plants that can be used in container plantings as well as in your garden. I’ll plant up demo containers, show photos of great plants and talk about why native plants belong in every landscape. Details here at the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History website.
August 5 – 9 Cape Cod Writer’s Conference – Speaking Skills for Writers
August 15 & 16 Garden Writers Association Annual Symposium – Speaking Skills for those in the Green Industry. Whether you’re a writer, speaker, garden designer, or work for a garden related business, learn how to better “Sell The Excitement” about plants and gardening. This is a pre-conference workshop that covers the many aspects of creating and marketing dynamic presentations.
I will also be teaching Photoshop Skills at the GWA symposium in Quebec City. Click on the link above for details.
September 14th - Tour of C.L. Fornari’s gardens. This is a fundraiser for the Barnstable Education Foundation and ticket information is on their website. Tickets are sold in advance only – there will not be ticket sales on the day of the event. The tickets are only available by check or Paypal through the BEF website – you cannot order them directly from C.L. by email or phone. The garden tour is held rain or shine.
